Equine Therapy is experiential therapy.  Instead of sitting and talking, you learn by interacting with horses who are some of the most perceptive creatures on earth.  Learning is fun and exciting and enhanced with behavorial techniques, anxiety reduction strategies and  exercises designed to  stimulate the mind to develop effective coping mechanisms.  

We offer Equine Therapy under the guidance of a Nurse practitioner Board Certified in Family Psychiatric Practice.  Equine therapy has proven effective for PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and other mental health issues.  We also work with children who have ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders and other issues.
